Surf and Stay weekends involve active days out surfing, relaxing on the beach and spending time with friends.

Nights out in Newquay offer a variety of pubs, clubs, cocktail and gin bars for those looking to spice up their nights. And restaurants for those that prefer something a little more sedate. Newquay boasts great outdoor activities and offers great coastal hikes and walks too,there's something for everyone.

Accommodation is with Reef Lodges at a special Surf and Stay rate, only available through The SUP Surf Co. package deals. Please see Reef Lodge on our accommodation page for more details.

We do have alternative accommodation through reliable B&B's, Boutique Lodges, Hotels, Luxury camping and airbnb. Please give us a call and we'll check availability for you.

We will surf at the best tides and times on the day, this ensures a great experience.

All abilities are welcome and groups are split between Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced surfers.

Ratios - 5 guests per group + 1 coach.

Surf & Stay rates, 2 nights,2 Surfs May'20 | £89pp  

- Friday night check in, Saturday and Sunday Surf Sessions, with a lunchtime check out, (Weekday Surf and Stays available)

- prices include 2 nights accommodation and 2 surf lessons, add an extra session of surfing or yoga for a small fee.

- meet and greet with qualified coaches and beach lifeguards, please check your booking confirmation for your meeting place and time.

- change into wetsuits.

- make your way to the beach.

- 20-30 min beach instruction and warm up.

- approx 1.1/2 hrs of activity in the water.

Our Hire Division offers up to date shapes on high end soft top & hard surfboards, inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards, hard boards for SUP and Surfing, for all conditions and abilities. Wetsuits in all sizes, boots, gloves and hood rentals for after lessons if you’d like to practice your surfing.

Join our fun, dedicated team of coaches, all of whom carry a qualified lifeguard and surf instructor qualification, you’re in great hands with us. We’ll guide you through some unbelievable experiences, in this spectacular area of natural beauty in a safe and fun environment.

Please Note: Check in times for lessons and activities will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation, along with all the other details you will need for your activity. Including what to bring on the day, payment confirmation and directions to your activity location.

We include all equipment for your activity, Surfing, SUP, Kayaking, Coasteering or Bodyboarding. All boards, wetsuits, paddles, buoyancy aids or helmets are provided for each activity depending on which one you choose.i.e. 

surfing = wetsuit, surfboard, rash vest and in winter boots, gloves and a hood.

kayaking = wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet & paddle.

coasteering = wetsuit, buoyancy aid & helmet.

*Please be aware that itineraries can change, depending on tides and weather forecasts, check with your provider the day before you arrive. Accommodation providers have the right to change their rates, so ensure your accommodation is paid in full before you arrive, rates are secured. The Newquay season post CV-19 has been the busiest season to date, please make sure you book in advance to secure the accommodation and activity of your choice.
